It is vital that we understand what self-care is, as well as its importance, when engaging in contexts of palliative and end-of-life care, or healthy grieving as a response to loss.

Self-care is an important part of everyday life for us all. We each take care of ourselves as best we can in our daily activities, to maintain personal health and happiness, whilst also functioning at an optimal level in our professional endeavor’s.
